I was organizing my bookshelf the other day, when I came across John Grisham's book Playing for Pizza. It's different from his legal thrillers, in that it is actually about an American playing football in Italy. He gets to spend some time learning the Italian language and culture while trying to regain his former glory.
It's another read and great fun for the summer. It'll make your mouth water for pizza and wine and you'll be breaking out the Italian cds.
