Review of 30 Noodles by Raw Munchies with Spicy Chicken Curry Recipe and Giveaways

Welcome to the book tour for 30 Noodles by Raw Munchies. It's a cookbook designed with the raw food vegan in mind, chock full of information in addition to the recipes. The author was kind enough to allow me to share a recipe with you, and I went for the spicy chicken curry. Doesn't that just sound fantastic? I'm also giving you my thoughts and opinions on it.

Please be sure to check out the recipe and other fun from the 30 Noodles cookbook and Raw Munchies website. Be sure to leave the author a comment and/or question. And of course, if you follow the book tour, you will find even more recipes to try, as well as getting more chances to win the giveaway at the end. The author also has included a bunch of other fun giveaways and resources for you to check out, so make sure you scroll all the way down to the end!

Please note that there are affiliate links present in this post. Should you make a purchase through one, I may earn a small commission to help me support my websites, at no additional cost to you. I'm sharing this book because I think many of you will have an interest in it. I also got a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Join the fun!

This book is all about the warm crunch: pesto, fettuccine, pad thai, and even coconut chicken, all in their raw vegan version. It’s a great way to have a quick, impressive healthy meal.

30 recipes for 30 days of a spiralizing adventure. It’s a whole new way of cooking!
“It’s always great to share food with the people we love, and Raw Munchies book series is all about making something special to have together. It could be an exotic smoothie, a healthy spaghetti, or a portobello mushroom steak. It’s been my greatest challenge and joy to create this book series and open up to this new art: to bring popular and gourmet recipes from around the world to the raw vegan table.” Reut Barak

 **My thoughts**

I'm going to start out being completely honest. I am not now, nor will I likely ever be, a raw vegan. I am a full-blown omnivore. I love my meat and I love to cook. But that doesn't mean that I will shy away from vegan dishes. The vegan diet has gotten so much better in recent years as cooks become more creative with their dishes. And this book is chock full of drool-worthy recipes to try. Even the pictures make you want to dive into your Kindle and devour the plates of food. I didn't see a single one that I would shy away from sampling.

She starts out the book with a bit of her history in adopting this lifestyle, which is a familiar one from many people I have known who have done the same. She provides plenty of detailed information about the diet and suggests working with a nutritionist and doctor if you choose to make the conversion. I really appreciate the sections about how one gets all of these flavors in the raw vegan dishes, to sort of trick your taste buds, if you will. I have always wondered about that. I think I can use this information to experiment in some of my own cooking concoctions.

This book is only one in a whole series of books for the raw vegan. I have to say I am definitely interested in checking out more of them!

About Reut Barak and Raw Munchies

RawMunchies.org is a raw vegan website dedicated to making healthy, gluten free recipes, that are delicious, easy and great for detox.

Reut Barak has been an online influencer in the Raw Vegan world since her transformation in 2015, “I started cooking when I was 7, on my own making Challah bread. I was brave. The result was what could only be described as beginners luck. I have since had every possible failure in the book (and some of my own).
But I always succeeded in the end, and over the 25 years in the kitchen I mastered cooking. I could make anything I wanted to make. Until I went raw.

A chance night of late Googling on May 25, 2015 exposed me to this new great challenge and I learn new things every single day. Join me! Love, Reut”

Reut will be awarding a $20 Amazon or B/N GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour.
