Welcome to the book tour for author Kim Carmichael! Today she took some time to answer a few questions, to help us get to know her and her writing a little bit better.
What was the
inspiration for this series?
I think that all of us at one time or
another are haunted by ghosts from the past and that "what if" question.
Which characters were the most fun to write? The most difficult?

I loved
Riley. She was so easy and spoke to me. Maybe because I want to be
her. Mike sometimes made my life very difficult, but in the end I let
him tell me what he wanted.
If you could have the books made into a movie or a series, who would you choose to play each role?
If you could have the books made into a movie or a series, who would you choose to play each role?
Riley - Emma stone with Dark Hair
Mike - Tom Welling
I am finishing up my novel - A menage that I like to call a traditional romance that just happens to have three people.
On what other projects are you working?
What is your favorite book of all-time?
Flowers in the Attic
What are you reading right now?
Love and Blood by Jessica Gibson
If you could be a character in any book, who would you be?
If it were my book, I would choose Lauren in my upcoming menage (is that terrible)
If not my book - Bekka from Curtain Call by Nathan Squiers If time and space were not an issue, where would you go and who would you like to visit?
I think I would love to go back and visit my grandpa, he passed away when I was five or six, but I still vividly remember him and would like to tell him I love him.
What is something that your fans may not know about you?
A million years ago I edited a diet book with a doctor!
Thank you so much for your time, Kim!

Closure
There's always the one…He's one person throughout life you think about every so often, the one who leaves his unique indelible mark on you, the person with whom you need closure.
For Margaret Collins that person was Mike Taylor. After he broke her heart seventeen years ago, she left everything she knew and reinvented herself. With a new home, a new look and a new name, Riley Williams is now an up and coming journalist given the assignment to interview a Mike Taylor. She never suspected he would be her Mike Taylor. With Mike having no hint of Riley's true identity, she must decide if she will make him pay for sins he doesn't remember committing, or if she can wipe away the past and be with the one man who she has always wanted?
